1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering an account, or using any service available on the VIP757 platform (accessible at vip757.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use VIP757's services.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, the user, and VIP757. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated conditions. It is the user's responsibility to periodically check this document for updates.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on VIP757 and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of and located in Brazil at the time of access;
• Hold a valid CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not having been previously banned or suspended from the VIP757 platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a VIP757 collaborator.

Only one account per individual is allowed. Duplicate accounts — identified by CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — will be closed. Any balance found in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending a fraud review.

Users are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Outdated or incorrect information may prevent the processing of withdrawals and other operations on VIP757.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

VIP757 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures to ensure player security and regulatory compliance. The platform reserves the right to request documentation at any time, particularly in the following situations:

• First withdrawal request or withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00;
• Changes to sensitive account details (email, Pix key, banking information);
• Unusual account activity detected;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or platform misuse.

Documents that may be requested include: an official government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 3 months, and proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used for withdrawals.

KYC document review takes up to 48 business hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Once approved, all restrictions are lifted automatically.

4Deposits

VIP757 accepts deposits exclusively through payment methods officially listed on the platform. The methods available to Brazilian players are: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

VIP757 does not accept cash deposits or international transfers. All deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits from third parties are not accepted. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at VIP757 are available to players with a verified account (approved KYC) and sufficient real balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no daily withdrawal limit for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP Program members — for all other levels, limits are shown in the account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed via Pix within 5 minutes in most cases. For amounts above R$ 10,000.00 or cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 business hours. VIP members at higher levels receive priority in the processing queue.

• Withdrawals should be made to the same Pix key or bank account used for the deposit whenever possible;
• VIP757 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts;
• Non-withdrawable bonus balances are automatically removed before a withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during security verification procedures;
• VIP757 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may apply charges according to its own policies.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, VIP757 may place a hold on withdrawals for up to 30 days pending investigation. The player will be notified and may submit documentation to help expedite the process.

6Bonuses & Promotions

VIP757 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that should be read before activation.

General rules that apply to all VIP757 bonuses:

• Each bonus has a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the resulting balance can be withdrawn;
• The welcome bonus carries a 30x rollover requirement on the bonus amount received;
• The VIP Program's weekly cashback has a 1x rollover — practically a free balance;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on progressive jackpot games count in full toward the rollover;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Each promotion may have game restrictions — check which games count toward the rollover in the specific terms;
• VIP757 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or multiple accounts are suspected;
• Bonuses with an expiry date expire automatically after the indicated period and cannot be reactivated.

7Betting and Games

VIP757 offers three main categories of betting and games: slots and casino games, Live Casino, and Sports Betting. Each category has its own specific rules, which take precedence over these general terms in the event of a conflict.

For Sports Betting, the following conditions apply:

• Odds are set by VIP757 and may change up until the event starts;
• Bets placed on games already in progress (live) are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is registered;
• Bets on events cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours are refunded to the real balance;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, VIP757 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts;
• Parlay (combination) bets have specific rules regarding the cancellation of selections.

For slots and casino games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. No bet guarantees a specific result, and no betting system alters the mathematical odds of any game.

VIP757 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end. Bets confirmed before the interruption remain valid. In the event of a VIP757 server failure, any incomplete bets are cancelled and the amounts refunded.

8VIP Program

The VIP757 VIP Program is a loyalty system with 6 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Progression through the levels is based on accumulated VIP points, which are generated automatically for every BRL wagered on the platform.

General VIP Program conditions:

• Bronze registration is automatic for all players with an active VIP757 account;
• Level progression happens automatically once the required point total is reached;
• VIP level is reviewed quarterly — inactivity may result in a demotion of up to one level per quarter;
• VIP points are valid for 180 days at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels; from Platinum onwards, points do not expire;
• Benefits such as weekly cashback are calculated on net losses for the period and credited every Monday;
• The Black Diamond level is granted exclusively by VIP757 invitation and cannot be requested;
• VIP757 reserves the right to adjust the progression criteria and benefits of the VIP Program with 15 days' prior notice.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at VIP757 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or using false information;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of games;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim promotions;
• Placing covered bets (hedging) with the sole purpose of meeting rollover requirements without real risk;
• Match-fixing or manipulation of sports bets in collusion with other players or parties involved in the events;
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes;
• Sharing your account with third parties;
• Unauthorized access attempts to other players' accounts;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at VIP757 support staff.

10Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time through VIP757 support. For accounts with no pending balance, closure is processed within 5 business days. Any existing real-money balance is returned via Pix after identity verification.

VIP757 may close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months without access);
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gambling;
• Ruling by a competent authority;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Players who opt for self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes will have their account irrevocably closed for the chosen period (minimum 6 months). No new account may be created during the self-exclusion period. VIP757 employs checks to detect attempts to circumvent self-exclusion.

11Limitation of Liability

VIP757 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting and gaming — activities on the platform involve risk and players may lose the amounts wagered;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in the Brazilian banking system (Pix, TED) that are outside the platform's control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the player's account due to the user's own negligence (weak password, sharing credentials);
• Third-party content accessed through links that may occasionally appear on the platform.

Under no circumstances shall VIP757's liability for any event exceed the amount of the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the incident.

12Responsible Gambling

VIP757 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players have access to self-control tools available in their account dashboard:

• Configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time limits with periodic alerts;
• Temporary self-exclusion (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion;

The date of the last update to this document is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updates, you must close your account before the new terms come into force.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to digital entertainment and online betting. VIP757 operates in compliance with the regulatory standards applicable to the sector in Brazil and follows anti-money laundering and data protection practices aligned with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

Any dispute between a player and VIP757 must first be directed to the platform's support team, which is committed to reviewing and responding within 5 business days.
